The Under-15 experimental women’s national soccer team won its first match in a friendly test with Switzerland. Although the outcome of the match was not the main thing to focus on, the 3-0 result in favor of the young Azzurrine girls was a great way to start this new adventure. Viola Cacace’s double, scored between the first and second half, along with Miranda Steiner’s goal in the 32nd minute of the first half, underscored the team’s determination and quality.

Women’s national team coach Andrea Soncin, along with his deputy Viviana Schiavi and women’s youth coaches, attended the match, showing Club Italia’s support for this path. The Italian defense was solid and careful, allowing goalkeepers Mallardi and Morando to remain virtually inoperative. Despite other scoring chances in the finale, the final triple whistle confirmed Italy Women’s Under 15’s 3-0 victory over Switzerland.
